PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

* Blinds Hand Cleaned: Blinds MUST BE wide, wood, or faux wood for hand cleaning. Excessive buildup may require a professional blind cleaning service. Cleaning of aluminum and/or plastic blinds requires a professional blind cleaning service. (Only available with Premium Package)

* Height Restrictions: We do not climb higher than a stepstool. Higher items will only be dusted w/ a 6 foot extension duster. We do not move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with our extension duster.

* Inside Refrigerator Cleaning: Refrigerator and freezer must be empty of all items. An additional fee will apply if we have to dispose of any items inside.

* Inside Oven Cleaning: Please run the self-cleaning cycle (if applicable) 24-hrs prior to your scheduled visit to ensure proper cleaning.

* Due to the risk of damage, we do not pull out either refrigerators or ovens to clean behind.

* The home must be completely empty when we arrive. Our cleaners will not wait for items to be moved in or out of the home or work around anyone moving things in or out of the home. If we arrive and the home is not empty and/or items are still being moved out of the home, regardless of the amount or size of the times, your cleaning will be canceled and you will be charged a 75% cancellation fee.

* Hard Water & Mildew Stains: Please note that hard water and mildew stains are hard to remove without repeated cleaning. We understand that very high VOCs can be harmful to the lungs, therefore we will not use bleach. Instead, we use an effective mildew cleaner this is not harmful to you or your pets. If your home contains black mold we CANNOT provide service. It is recommended that you have a mold remediation company that is trained and certified in the removal and treatment of mold for your safety.
