PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

* Bed Change: Linens must be left out on bed to be changed, otherwise our cleaning techs are trained to straighten bed. We DO NOT make bunk-beds, trundle beds, or any that require climbing up or on to complete. (Optional Add-On)

* Blinds Hand Cleaned: Blinds MUST BE wide, wood, or faux wood for hand cleaning. Excessive buildup may require a professional blind cleaning service. Cleaning aluminum and/or plastic blinds requires a professional blind cleaning service. (Only available with Premium Package)

* Height Restrictions: We do not climb higher than a stepstool. Higher items will only be dusted w/ a 6 foot extension duster. We do not move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with our extension duster.

* Inside Refrigerator Cleaning: Any items to be disposed of must be done prior to cleaning. Does not include the freezer section. (Optional Add-On. Included with Premium Package)

* Inside Oven Cleaning: Please run the self-cleaning cycle (if applicable) 24-hrs prior to your scheduled visit to ensure proper cleaning. (Optional Add-On. Included with Premium Package)

* Risk of Damage: If we determine that there is an elevated likelihood that by moving an item it may be broken, we may opt-out not to do so and will leave a note to let you know. High-value items (including sentimental value) MUST be disclosed prior to your visit.

* Clutter: You will receive the best results from your cleaning if you minimize clutter prior to our visit. We will tidy and straighten as needed to fulfill the scope of work only.

* Hard Water & Mildew Stains: Please note that hard water and mildew stains are hard to remove without repeated cleaning. We understand that very high VOCs can be harmful to the lungs, therefore we will not use bleach. Instead, we use an effective mildew cleaner this is not harmful to you or your pets. If your home contains black mold we CANNOT provide service. It is recommended that you have a mold remediation company that is trained and certified in the removal and treatment of mold for your safety.
